The website notosweb.com (the “Website”) is owned and operated by Notosweb, a web design studio based in Athens, Greece (“we”, “us”). By using the Website you fully accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
All content on the Website (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, code) is the intellectual property of Notosweb or its licensors and is protected under Greek and EU law. Reproduction, copying or republication without written permission is prohibited. Client names and logos shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners.
Prices listed on the Website are indicative starting prices, exclude VAT, and do not constitute a binding offer. The final cost of each project is set out in a written quote after we discuss your needs. We may change listed prices at any time, except renewal prices of active subscriptions, which are covered by §10.4; changes never affect quotes already agreed in writing.
Quoted delivery times (e.g. 3–5 days) are indicative and assume timely delivery of materials (text, images, account access) by the client. The exact terms of each engagement (deliverables, timeline, payment) are set out in our mutual agreement.
We make every reasonable effort to keep the Website accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee its completeness or uninterrupted availability, and we accept no liability for damage arising from its use or temporary unavailability.
The Website links to third-party sites (for example, client projects). We do not control and are not responsible for their content.
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Athens, Greece have jurisdiction over any dispute.
We may amend these terms at any time. The current version is always published on this page.
10.1 Hosting, maintenance and domain services are provided for a fixed period and are renewed by payment before they expire. Automatic renewal is optional and switched off by default.
10.2 Activation: the client switches on automatic renewal per service, or for all services, from the “My subscription” page of their admin panel, and registers a card through Stripe with strong customer authentication (3D Secure). By doing so, the client instructs NotosWeb to charge that card at each renewal without further confirmation. The client confirms that they are the cardholder or are authorised to use the card, and that whoever activates the service from their account is entitled to bind them.
10.3 Charges: each service is charged separately, 7 days before it expires, only for the service that is expiring, for the current renewal price plus the applicable VAT. Before every charge we send an email 7 days and 1 day in advance to the account email address. The client keeps their email and billing details up to date. We issue the corresponding invoice or receipt after every charge.
10.4 Price changes: if the renewal price of a service with automatic renewal changes, we notify the client by email at least 30 days before the next charge. The client may switch off automatic renewal before the charge at no cost.
10.5 Switching off: the client may switch off automatic renewal or remove the card at any time with one click. This applies to future charges. The service remains active until it expires and can still be renewed manually.
10.6 Failed charges: if a charge fails, we email the client with a link to pay manually. If no payment is made by the expiry date, the service may be suspended. For domains, the rules and fees of the relevant registry apply after expiry.
10.7 Refunds: if a charge was made by our mistake, we refund the full amount to the same card. If the client switches off automatic renewal within 14 days of a charge and the new period has not yet started, we refund the amount. Domain renewals already registered with the registry are excluded, as they cannot be cancelled. Refunds are made to the card that was charged, through Stripe; the time to credit depends on the bank.
10.8 Payment security: card details are processed and stored exclusively by Stripe. NotosWeb never sees or stores the full card number or the CVC.
