Property management system
Add a property in minutes: price, square meters, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, year of construction, energy class, heating, map. There is also a property duplication feature for two identical apartments in the same building.
A real estate site is not a brochure, it is a property database with search functionality. The client needs to filter, view 20 photos, and send an inquiry for that specific property without going through a portal.
Large real estate portals handle volume, which is why everyone uses them. The catch is that you pay for visibility there, and the client's interest lands right next to your competitor's properties. Whatever the platform learns about that buyer, the platform keeps.
The development of a real estate agency website serves a different purpose: to be your own property archive and client database. The visitor who has already seen your name, was referred by an acquaintance, or saw the sign on the balcony will look up your agency on Google. There, they will either find a serious, updated property database or go back to the portal.
We build websites for real estate agencies, brokers, construction companies, and property managers, featuring their own management system so they can upload properties themselves in minutes, without asking us and without paying subscriptions for any plugins.
The tools an agency needs to work on its site every day.
Add a property in minutes: price, square meters, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor, year of construction, energy class, heating, map. There is also a property duplication feature for two identical apartments in the same building.
Area, sale or rent, type, price range, square meters, floor. Programmed correctly so that a property with a price upon request does not get lost when a visitor sorts by price.
15 to 20 photos per property with ordering, description, and automatic resizing. Properties sell through visuals, but the page must load quickly on mobile devices too.
Each property gets its own friendly URL, its own title, and RealEstateListing structured data, so Google understands it as a listing rather than plain text.
Inquiry form on every property, with the specific property attached to the email. You know who asked, for what, and when, without searching through a third-party platform.
Accounts for your partners with custom permissions, and CSV import if you already have dozens of properties in Excel.
The decision that makes all the difference in the long run, and why we take this approach.
Most real estate sites are built using a ready-made real estate theme with three or four commercial plugins on top. It works on day one. By the second year, you are paying a subscription for each of them, an update breaks the search filters, and no one can tell you why.
We use the WordPress core as an engine for the media library, accounts, and permissions, and write our own property system on top. No ACF, no SEO plugin, no page builder. The last one we delivered has its own custom post type for properties, four categorizations, about 35 fields, and five endpoints so that another application can read it tomorrow as well.
What you gain in practice: you do not pay annual licenses, you do not depend on whether a plugin continues to exist, and the filters work just the way the Greek market needs them. Two examples from our work: Greek URLs are written with proper transliteration instead of unreadable codes, and sorting by price does not make properties listed as upon request disappear, which is the most common silent bug on real estate sites.
We have already delivered such a system to a real estate agency with a portfolio in Greece and abroad. Ask us to show it to you live →
How many properties, what types you handle, which areas, and if you have partners. We reply within 1 hour with a plan and a quote.
Which details you want per property and what filters the client will use to search. This determines whether the site will still work for you in two years.
Admin panel, search, gallery, forms. We upload the first properties together with you, or in bulk via CSV if you have them in Excel.
Full access and training on property uploads. If you prefer, we can run it for you with monthly maintenance.
It starts from 1.200€ excluding VAT, because it is not a presentation page but a property database with an admin panel, search, and gallery. It depends on the fields per property and whether you need partner accounts. View all packages → How pricing works →
Yes, in a few minutes each: price, square meters, bedrooms, floor, year, energy class, map, and photos. There is also a property duplication feature so that two identical apartments do not have to be entered twice.
Because there you pay for visibility and the client's interest goes through the platform first, right next to your competitor's properties. On your own site, the client comes directly to you and their details stay in your own archive. You keep the portals for volume.

Yes, through CSV import. You send us the file, we map the columns to the fields, and they all go in at once.
Not for the real estate system, because it belongs to both of us and you. You only pay for domain and hosting. Monthly maintenance is available if you want it, but it is not mandatory for the site to work.
